These animation stills are from Scott Harrison’s presentation: “Indigeneity and the Cold War in Japan”, presented at Japan Studies Association of Canada (JSAC)’s conference in Halifax (2011). Our intention was to create an effective and engaging 20 minute presentation experience with the use of animated visuals in an academic field.

Scott Harrison is a PhD candidate, specializing in Indigenous and Cold War history at University of Waterloo.
